Aston Villa was victorious last weekend in their Birmingham derby over Birmingham City with a 1-0 victory on the road at St. Andrew’s Ground. The win leaves Villa with nine points, just six points off the pace in the Premier League. Offense has been the biggest challenge for Portsmouth this season so far. Through their first four matches, Portsmouth managed just one goal while allowing seven. Portsmouth is hoping that the addition of Danny Webber on a two year contract will help Pompey find a scoring touch and get their first win of the season.
